One of them says that the reason which caused such a situation is that in Malaysia the level of mental health is extremely low. Jamie Fullerton also emphasizes that a couple years ago there was a similar incident in London. Further, the auhor puts the Ching Yee Wong's suggestion that people should be more attentive to any strange things happening in social media. Finally, if people notice something suspicious they should immediately call to services, connected with mental problems.

One point to remember is that in English the dash is used differently from Russian, so the following sentence "When people were creating social media they had a single aim - to entertain the user" is incorrect: the dash is not necessary.
